A beautiful day at Worksop Golf Club for the Men’s Captain/Professional’s exchange day. Congratulations to scratch winner Bobby Large, 33 gross points and nett winner Mo Singh with a great score of 42 points. Thanks to Worksop for fine hospitality and a superb buffet dinner.

The first Social of the year was played on Easter Monday. We were very lucky with the weather and played in Sunshine ?. Very well catered for by John and the Staff. Ten Senior Ladies finally managed to get out this morning for their inaugural 9-hole competition. Having dodged the showers, they came in for a well-deserved warm drink before Maureen Moakes picked up the prize for the best score. Hopefully this will become a regular competition once buggies and trollies are allowed back on the course.

Tuula Hastings raises ÂŁ2,331 for the Joe Humphries Memorial Fund

Handing over my charity money to Steve Humphries of Joe Humphries Memorial Trust. The ladies of Rothley Park raised £2331 during my Captain’s year, which was fantastic and I’m so grateful. Steve was delighted with the support we were able to offer to the Trust. Tuula Hastings.
