Just over three years ago Senior’s Captain Mike Bruce collected some acorns from the oak tree at the side of the winter tee on the third hole.
With his great grandson Reggie they planted some of the acorns in the spring of 2020.
Today they have kindly donated two saplings to the club. Chris Weir is planning to plant them on the 15 hole.
Something for future generations to enjoy.
