Top dressing greens followed by Vertidraining to a depth of 10 inches to punch the top dressing directly into the greens which will aerate the surface and encourage root development. The greens are then brushed with the smaller machine.
Fertiliser has now been applied to encourage growth and quick recovery.
The bunkers have also been rolled by hand using a roller squeegee to smooth the edges.
Despite frost delays, a total of 35 tons of top dressing have been applied and the Spring Maintenance Program has been completed a day early. Many congratulations to Chris Weir and his team for a fantastic effort.
