Funding options for members to support the building of our new clubhouse
Gross & Nett Return 3.5% p.a. A loan fully repaid over 10 years which includes a discount to your annual subscription until it is repaid.
Gross & Nett Return 4% p.a. A loan repaid at one of three points in time, which includes a discount to your annual subscription for as long as the loan is in place.
A payment of £36,000 which secures membership (no subscription fees) for 25 years. This benefit can be transferred at any time.
As above except the payment is £22,500 which secures membership (no subscription fees) for 15 years. This benefit can be transferred at any time.
A payment of £32,000 which secures membership (no subscription fees) for 10 years to a couple of the same generation, living at the same address. This benefit can be transferred at any time to another qualifying couple.
A loan of £100,000 repaid at one of three points in time which secures membership (no subscription fees) for life.
A unique opportunity to secure naming rights to any one of three Clubhouse social areas in return for a significant donation.
Gross Return 4% p.a. A loan in multiples of £100,000 with interest paid annually and repaid at one of three points in time.
