The blue line is the approximate location of the houses closest to the golf course (9th Tee). The hatched area will be the location of a temporary administration compound.
The first houses which will be built furthest from the golf course will be ready for occupation in May/June 2025. The houses closest to the 9th tee will be last to be constructed by approx.2027.
