Lady Captain Dawn Lewis presided over a very successful Charity lunch in a packed clubhouse. Jenny Cartwright was the guest speaker, representing the Ladies & Men’s Captains’ Charity for 2025, Dementia U.K.
“What a wonderful turn out for the Ladies Charity Lunch this afternoon. The atmosphere was buzzing and it was so nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. The ladies were so generous in buying raffle tickets for the great prizes that were on offer. I would like to thank Brett and the hospitality team for great service and a lovely meal. Jenny Cartwright our speaker was warm and engaging. Also special thanks to June Hallam for the wonderful table decorations. These were amazing and so many people commented on them. Today raised a fantastic amount for Dementia UK, still to finalise but so far raised £850 on the day. I would like to thank everyone for supporting the event”.
