Great work by the green’s team after the weekend floods, getting the course open by Tuesday the 24th. They also managed to vertidrain all greens to a depth of 12inch and top dressed all the greens with a pure sand mix. On Thursday the 26th they applied a granular fertiliser to aid recovery and help with the new growth. This will take a few days to work into the sward and the greenstaff will continue brushing and caning over the weekend.
