- A temporary administration compound is now in place next to the 9th tee
- This will remain in place until approx. 2029
- The earth bund to the left of the 9th fairway is topsoil which will be used in the gardens and landscaping of the Bovis Homes development
- The first houses should be ready for occupation in July/August
- The houses closest to the 9th tee will not be completed until 2027
