Rothley Park Ladies played the second leg of their Taskers Round 1 match , at home against the Leicestershire on Sunday 23rd April .
The team was Ronnie Porte , Jenny Piecha , Caroline Simpson , Mandy Horsley , Gilly Clear , Sam Furlong , Dee Laurie & first reserve , Bea Cotton .
Playing conditions were extremely challenging after heavy overnight rain and The Leicestershire fielded a very strong side with a view to getting a result away from home .
However , our Ladies fought hard in their matches and we won the fixture 5-2 and 9-5 on aggregate .
