“Due to the generosity of the Rothley Park members, the immediate Past Captains, Libby Carter and Simon Green, are pleased to announce that £6,750 was raised last year for their chosen charity – The Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation.
Your money will be utilised by the local Charity to create versatile and accessible space within the grounds of the Foundation, to be used by visiting groups of all ages to the Yew Trail Outdoor Classroom. The members’ contributions have secured the cost of the structure and work by the Foundation’s volunteers will hopefully complete the construction by the end of this year.
