Morton Cup winners Craig Parkin and Tom Duckworth, qualified for the Daily Mail Foursomes and were drawn to play a very strong Leicestershire Golf Club pair in the first round. Craig and Tom battled hard in a close match but just fell short and lost 3 & 2.
